He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Celita; his children, Sami-Lyn Metcalf (Jimmy), Christopher "Kit" White (Mandi Frear) and John Declue, Jr. (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, John Anthony White (Jessica), Mary Paige Kuykendall (Eric), Millissa Burke, Michael Burke, Shirley Kreamalmeyer (Bobbie), Sara DeClue (Chris Cottrell), Jonathan DeClue, Lauren Kirts (Solomon) and Audrey Hilemann (James).
