He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Schurwan (Dinan); his children, Shelley Johnson, Kelley Schurwan, Helen Rowlett, Brian Soehngen (Linda), Jasper Willliams (Stephanie) and Stuart Kirk; and his grandchildren, Brittany, Katie, Nora and Matthew.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bopp Chapel (10610 Manchester Rd, Kirkwood, MO 63122). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
