He was predeceased by: his parents, William Coulter and Eileen Coulter; his siblings, William Coulter and Joanie Martinez; and his granddaughter Valerie.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Coulter (Hayden); his children, Lisa Hastings, Robin Brewer (John), Jill Jones (Kevin) and Jeff Coulter (Chris); his grandchildren, Holly (Stephen), Chad, Isaac, Veronica, Sabrina, Buddy and Jesse; and his great grandchildren, Raegan, Leo and Landon.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Episcopal Church (514 E Argonne Dr, Kirkwood, MO 63122).
