He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick L. Thomas and Doris Thomas (Mellin); his wife Helen Thomas (Hopkins); and his brother Robert Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Jean Thomas of Kissee Mills; and his children, David Thomas (Asami) of Kailua-Kona, Mark Thomas of Simi Valley, Christopher Thomas (Erika) of Gilbert, Jonie Thomas of Fontana and Annette Solvang (Martin) of Everett. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
