He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn and Mary Scott (Thomas); and his brother Lonnie Scott (Billie). He is survived by: his wife Velma Scott (Cline); his children, Mary Ann Scott, Sherry R. Scott and James Robert Scott; his grandchildren, Leila (Clay Martin), Kianna, Kamilla Sarvestani and Jack James Scott; his great grandchild Kayden James Martin; his brother John Scott (Kristi); his aunt Marguerite Workman; Mehdi Sarvestani. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
