He was predeceased by: his grandfather Thomas Welch. He is survived by: his parents, Shane Leonard Chandler (Amanda) of Rockwall, TX and Amy Lynn Welch (Adam) of Knob Noster, MO.; his siblings, Charles, Tayden, Zane Chandler, Paul, David Faulkenbury, Shaylynn Chandler and Celeste LeBrun; and his grandparents, Janis Schilb (Kent), Sarah Berry, Ronald Catts, Linda Leonard and John Chandler. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rea Funeral Chapel (3510 W 16th St, Sedalia, MO 65301).
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Knob Noster Educational Savings Trust, where a scholarship has been established in Garrett's memory to honor his life and legacy.
