With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John Knaus (Knob Noster, Missouri), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. John left this world on October 23, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Knaus and Alberta Knaus (Snow); his parents-in-law, Abram and Lucille Benedict (Boone); his sister Ruth Olive Barton; his brothers-in-law, Melvin Barton and Marvin Hirt; and his nieces, Esther Hirt and Lydia Bayer (Barton).
He is survived by: his wife Zelda Mae Benedict.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at 278 NE Mm Hwy, Knob Noster, MO 65336. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wampler Cemetery. Viewing will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
