She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Turner; her parents, William "Bill" Harms and Monta Harms; and her son-in-law Francis "Dee" Witbeck. She is survived by: her daughters, Dana Chaffin (Scott) and Donna Turner-Witbeck (Dee); her grandchildren, Shea Fijal (Jordan), Shelby Marsh, Brett Marsh (Janessa) and Frannie Witbeck; and her close friend Molly. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Knob Noster United Methodist Church or Johnson County Missouri Cancer Society, in honor of Pat's life of faith and care for others.
