He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Kuhns and Alpha L. Kuhns (Garrigus); and his sister Mary Lou Shephard. He is survived by: his wife Judy Kuhns; his daughter Julie R. Steele (Hank) of Knob Noster; his grandchildren, Brandon Steele of Knob Noster, Colten Kinder of Warrensburg and Chelsea Kinder (Phillip) of Lee's Summit; and his pet Molly.
