He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Marshall Ferguson and Hazel Irene Ferguson Nelson (Edwards); his stepparents, Carrie Ferguson and Arvel Nelson; his brother Larry Ferguson; and his sister-in-law Arlene Ferguson.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Higgins; his children, Lori Harvey (Steven) of Clinton and Jon Ferguson of Nelson; his stepsons, Zach Vogler (Lauren) and Luke Vogler (Tammy); and his brother Bill Ferguson (Patty). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
