She is survived by: her children, Donald Hays (Lori) of Baileyville and Debbie Raleigh (David) of Ewing, Missouri; her grandchildren, Kelly Champ, Jennifer Shadle, Aaron Hays, Chance and Alexander Raleigh; her great grandchildren, Claira, Emmitt, Hadden and Lydia; and her sister-in-law Linda Pyle.
Memorials in memory of Carol may be made to La Plata Christian Church.
