It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ione E. Brokaw of La Plata, Missouri, born in Rushford, Minnesota, who passed away on March 31, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Tveten and Esther Tveten (Runge); her children, Matt Brokaw (Denise) of Osceola and Tracy; her grandchildren, Weston Brokaw (Jackie), Easton, Haydon Brokaw, Kiana, Joci and Mattie Arends; and her siblings, David Tveten (Kristi) of Lewiston, Minnesota, Lois Dyreson (John) of Winona, Marie Volkmann of Red Wing, Minnesota and Jeanette Peterson. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
