She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Emilie and Wilbert August Horn; and her siblings, Oliver and Edith Alcorn (late Edwin). She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Blaine (Jeff), Nancy Campbell (Robert Wagenseller), Robyn Dunkin (late Edward) and Barbara Fox (John); her grandsons, Joshua Blaine (Carrie) and Zachary Blaine; and her great grandchild Jackson Blaine. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
