He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Mulligan and Theodora Mulligan (Nisiankas); and his sister Mary Elizabeth Mulligan. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Mulligan (Mills); his children, Kelly Mulligan, Maureen Mulligan, Chris Connor (Anne) and Brian Connor (Kristen); and his siblings, Michael Mulligan (Valerie), Theresa Strong and Edward Mulligan (Carolyn). He is also survived by his family, but also many other friends.
