He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond L Millsap and Cleo Mae Millsap; his son Todd; his daughter-in-law Stephanie; and his siblings, Dorothy West (David), Carol Paisley (Jack) and Kenneth Milford.
He is survived by : his wife Norma Jean Beemer; his sons, Terry (Jane) and Rodney (Dawn); his daughter-in-law Holly; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Quint (Jay), John, Marie (Ben Dillon), Megan Wilson (Caleb), Fallon, Emily, Lillie, Kirstie, Parker Sands, Clare, Charlotte Quint, Brooks and Beau Wilson.
