He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee "Dick" Fendrick and Dorothy Caroline Hemman Fendrick; and his brother David Fendrick. He is survived by: his daughters, Colette Whelan (Richard) of Mexico and Chanda Herron of Centralia; his granddaughters, Winona Whelan and Adessa Lovell (Brian) of Vandalia; his great grandchildren, Lyla and Alanna Lovell; his brother Richard Fendrick (Wilma) of Laddonia; and his sister-in-law Karen Fendrick of Laddonia.
