He was predeceased by: his mother Ida Kratky (Brychtova); and his siblings, Lubos Kratky and Drahunka Hubacova. He is survived by: his father Frantisek Kratky; his wife Marika Kratky; and his sister-in-law Eva Kratky. He is also survived by four nieces and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice in Dusan's honor.
