He is survived by : his wife Linda McIntosh; his daughters, Judi McIntosh of Kansas City and Ami McIntosh of Gilbert, Arizona; and his stepson Zachary Wilson of Kansas City, Kansas. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
