Hazel will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Burton and Elsie Ellen Tryon (Calton); and her spouse Cecil Jeffries. She is survived by: her children, John Jeffries (Christina Spencer Hess) of Lake Ozark, MO, Vicky Brown (Kevin Morff) of Barnett, MO and Victor Jeffries of Barnett, MO.; her grandchildren, Danny Love, Kyle Jeffries, Dannyelle Jeffries-Bymun and Peri Ann Gullersen; and her great-nephew Aaron Looten (Hazel).
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon (5 S Oak St, Eldon, MO 65026). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
