Joyce Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn Gansner and Ella Mae Gansner (Maness); her daughter Christine Fenton; her son-in-law Ron Kinnison; and her siblings, William Gansner, Theodore Hommert and Betty Pfieffer.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Oitker; her children, David Oitker (Cathy) of St Louis, MO, Eric Oitker (Brooke) of Ballwin, MO, Stacey Onysio (Sheets) and Lisa Kinnison (Sheets); and her grandchildren, Evan, Andy Oitker, Scott, Alex, Doug Oitker, Lindsay Tesenky, Jeremy Onysio, Alexa Hughes, Courtney, Tyler Reidy, Matthew, Karli, Riley Kinnison, Matilda Hilkerbaumer, Ian Fenton and Genevieve Peluso. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
