She was predeceased by: her mother Elaine Couts (Snyder); and her brother Bradley Couts. She is survived by: her father Robert Couts; her friends, Heather and Cindy; her daughter Ashley Fredrick (Josh); her grandson Oliver Fredrick; and her brothers, Tom Couts (Sherril) and Bobby Couts (Charlotte). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
