He was predeceased by: his mother Katherine (Bankston); and his brothers, Ronnie and William Riggins. He is survived by: his father Thomas Cornelius Riggins Sr.; his wife Nelda; his children, Thomas Riggins III (Gail), Michael Riggins (Kathleen) and Ashley Nanney (Tina); his siblings, Jerry Riggins (Vicki) and Katherine Stafford (Robert); his sister-in-law Sarah Riggins; and his granddaughters, Taylor Nanney and Constance Riggins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
