He is survived by: his wife Bev Lewis (Ponder); his children, Cory Lewis and Carey Juez-Perez (Derby); his grandchildren, Brayden, Zoey Lewis, Sophia and Santino Juez-Perez; his siblings, David Lewis (Laura) and Sue Harlow; and his sister-in-law Kathy Lewis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
