He was predeceased by : his parents, Hollis Williams and Evelyn Williams; and his brother Gary Williams (Sarah). He is survived by : his wife Mary Lou Williams; his children, Lea Prost (David), Harold Ray Williams (Susan), Kay McCuskey (Richard), Gary Williams (Kim), Darla Crain (Jim) and Robin Gardner (Allan); his grandchildren, Lindsey Craig (James), Dianna Watts (Ryne), David Prost (Mikayla), Luke Prost, Evan McCuskey, Jacob McCuskey, Marina Williams, Ashley Bardon (Neil), Tyler Crain (Akhila), Adam Gardner (Erin), Ryan Gardner and Sarah Beth Gardner; and his great grandchildren, Zoey, Riley, Waylon, Cooper, Reece, Chandler and Orijn.

Baue Funeral Homes is currently following CDC recommendations regarding mask and social distancing policies.

Memorials may be made in Harold's name to Alzheimer's Association or American Cancer Society.
