He is survived by : his wife Janie Bickham; and his children, Maggie Lombardi of Jacksonville, FL, Marie Sharp of Jacksonville, FL, Paul Bickham Jr. of Melbourne, FL and Dan Morrow of Wentzville. He is also survived by his wife, his children, and his grandchildren.
