It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca M. Scudder of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, born in Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on October 3, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Palmer and Mary Palmer. She is survived by : her husband James Scudder; her children, Alicia and Palmer Scudder; her brother Robert Palmer (Susan); and her nephews, Andrew Palmer (Jessica) and Christopher Palmer.
