It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Ann Hartmann of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on January 4, 2026, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl O. Toepper and Enga M. Toepper (Bohnsack); her brother Gary Toepper; and her husband Ron Hartmann. She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Dennis (Steve) of Dardenne Prairie, MO; her grandchildren, Mikayla Johnson (Mark) of Jefferson City, MO and Thomas Mattingly of Lake St; her brothers, Randy Toepper (Lori) of Illinois and Allen Toepper (Jean) of Illinois; and her nieces and nephews, Sheri Hartmann, Tom Toepper (Debbie), Todd Toepper (Leslie), Tricia Johanson (Bob), Doug Toepper (Celena), Carli Gauwitz (Graham) and Bobbi Loudon (Kendall). She is also survived by relatives and friends.
