He is survived by: his mother Arlene Crew (Goldsmith) of Independence, MO; his wife Rebecca Crew of Lake Tapawingo, MO; his daughter Katherine Crew of Lake Tapawingo, MO; his brothers, Jerry Crew of Kansas City, MO and Kevin Crew (Michelle) of Stillwater, OK; and his father-in-law Earl Horton of Lake Tapawingo.
