She is survived by: her parents, Cindy Hazard and Cliff Hazard; her husband Scott Rice; her siblings, Heather Bayless (Chad), Christi Ragsdale (Dustin), Erin Forst (Jon), Anna Johnson (Austin), Caddy Lovan (Caleb), Jeremy Hazard and Nathan Hazard; her in-laws, Donnie and Debbie Rice; her sister-in-law Karry Rice; her siblings' children, Elorie Sharrock (Blaine), Hunter Bayless (Laynie), Laney Bayless, Tristin Hazard, Cloe Hazard, Audrey Witt (Jacob), Skyler Ragsdale, Jaxson Forst, Kendall Hazard, Aniston Ragsdale, Tyson Forst, Evelyn Forst, Jaylin Lovan, Declan Lovan, Harper Lovan, Lincoln Johnson, Ches Sheetz (Ilyn) and Dylan Inman (Kassidy); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ava, Isabella, Elijah, Elise, Allison, Lance and Amelia.
