She was predeceased by: her parents, Juanita Smith (Packwood) and Ervin Smith; and her siblings, Shirley Knepe, Nancy Turney, Doyle Smith, Gene Smith and Donnie Smith.
She is survived by: her sisters, Margarit Sanders of Oklahoma and Debbie Johnson of Fort Worth; and her close friend Janet Sitton.
