She was predeceased by: her parents, Adelbert John Howie and Josephine Lucille Howie (Binkowski); her husband Jerry Freeman; her daughter Jennifer Freeman; and her brother Albert Howie.

She is survived by: her children, Jason Freeman of Riverside, California and Jamie Snyder of Riverside, California; her grandchildren, Jessica Freeman and Logan Freeman; LaVonne Adams of Dallas, Texas..

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Daniel Funeral Home (1201 Broadway St, Lamar, MO 64759). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 at the King's Point Cemetery.
