He is survived by: his father Mack Carter; his siblings, Kay Carter (Jasper) and Doug Carter (Diamond); his children, Jenica Carter-Rush Dallas (Jeremiah) and Jessica Carter Jasper; and his grandchildren, Madison Rush, Dallas, Damian Markus, Jaime Rush, Maylee Rawlings and Lamar.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Weng Funeral Chapel (605 S Main St, Jasper, MO 64755). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Waters Cemetery's. W. 90th (350 SW 90th Rd, Jasper, MO 64755).
