He is survived by: his parents, Oman Maynard and Pauline Maynard (Muncy); his wife Alyssa Thornbrugh; his children, Tristan Maze of Lamar, MO and Linsey Maynard of Joplin, MO; his sisters, Cathy Reese (Richard) of Augusta, GA and Colleen Logie (Bryan); and his grandchild Jameson Gorski.
