He is survived by: his children, Chris Cazzell (Adale) of Mansfield, Missouri, Connie Moore of Walnut Grove, Cathey Dickinson (Gordon) of Springfield and Carol Wright (Carl) of Springfield, Missouri. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
