He is survived by: his mother Patricia Werner of Joplin, MO; his siblings, Russell Werner of Lamar, MO, Vicky Sarday (Todd) of Ferguson, NC and Chris Kremp (John) of Lamar, MO; his sister-in-law Marcia Werner of Waverly, NE.; his nieces and nephews, Megan Simmons (Dillon) of Roeland Park, KS, Stephen Sarday (Alissa) of Sanford, NC, Annelise Huggins (Lee) of Raleigh, NC, Emily Costa (Patrick) of Milford, MA, Erin Kremp of Framingham, MA and Joe Kremp of Springfield, MO; and his great-nephew William John Costa.
