She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Costley and Mary Ruth Costley (Simpson); her husband Gary Conrad Harper; her brother-in-law Herbie Overstreet; her in-laws, Lawrence and Ruth Harper; and her brother-in-law L. D. Harper.
She is survived by: her children, Christina Ann Perkins (Steve) and Gary Leroy Harper (Amy); her grandchildren, Ariel Lee (Michael), Cheyenne Bowen (James), Adrianna Horton, Hailey Fristch (Paul), Emma LaDue, Aliya Horton, Emma Harper, Aileen Horton, Gary Eli Harper, Calder LaDue, Carissa Perkins, Christina Perkins and Anatasia Horton; and her sisters, Sharon Crockett (David), Connie Overstreet, Donna Fanning (Larry) and Peggy Nottingham (Larry).
