He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Oliver Adkins Sr. and Nancy Louise Riley; his brother Gary Adkins; and his former wife Terri Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Christina Doss-Adkins; his children, Kayla Kaul (Chris), Mary Misasi, Nancy Misasi, Melissa Row, Elizabeth Row, Hanna Doss-Adkins, Trevor Doss-Adkins, Gracelynn Doss-Adkins, Lance Applegate, Christopher Applegate and Michael Applegate; and his siblings, Perry Adkins Jr., Renee Row (Jack) and Nancy Adkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
