In the sacred silence of farewell, Marvina is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Marvina's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Huey Hobbs and Brenda Hobbs; and her brothers, Milton and Daryl. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Oglesby; and her daughter Crystal. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and a host of friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Daniel Funeral Home (1201 Broadway St, Lamar, MO 64759).
