He is survived by: his daughters, Cindee Hay (Rusty) and Sherri Borgmeyer (John); his grandchildren, Ryan Hay (Christie), Troy Hay (Heather), Ross Borgmeyer and Matt Borgmeyer (Makenzie); and his brother Rodney Bartlett (Joyce). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
