Dan Caldwell wrote a sympathy message

“My deepest condolences to your family. I remember as a child Robert took me and Dusty to my first farm auction. I remember Robert always worked hard and cared for his family. I saw how Robert was a great father and husband, he was a kind friend. He taught me a lot growing up the times I spent there during summers. He will be missed but left a legacy that any man would be proud to do. God bless all in this time, Dan Caldwell”
