He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnie Wegener and Ava Wegener; and his sister Dolores Wegener Adams. He is survived by: his wife Karen O'Sullivan; his daughters, Suzanne Shaffer, Kari Worsley (Russ Worsley) and Wendy Bartholomew (Matthew Bartholomew); his grandchildren, Jensen Worsley, Brittany Ashbacher (Aaron), Hayden, Mason and Eliana Bartholomew; and his great grandchildren, SkyLar, Xavier and Emerson Ashbacher.

The family has put considerable thought into planning a service worthy of Ron's life while incorporating COVID-19 safety measures.
