She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence "Dutch" Alexander and Mattie Mae Gordon (Stone); her husband Rollin Leroy Potter; her son Rollin Kemp Potter; her siblings, Willis Gordon, Glenn Gordon, Paul Nelson Gordon, Jack Gordon, Edna Mae Rice and Dulcie Rice; and her grandson Derek Candler.

She is survived by : her friends, Gail Day, Judy, Lister Potter and Carl Phipps; her sons, Brad (Lorraine Potter) and Mitch (Carissa Potter) of Lamar, MO; her grandchildren, Amy Losh (Scot), Kiley Triscik (Ray), John Candler, Chance, Kiersten and Kinsley Potter; her great grandchildren, Jordan, Ryker Losh and Marley Newell; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Gordon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
