He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Harber and Lee Harber (James); and his brother Barry Harber. He is survived by: his daughter Keri Sowder (James) of Neosho, Missouri; his grandsons, Connor and Coltyn Carnes; and his brother Brad Harber.
