He is survived by: his parents, Spencer Ray Starrett (Amanda) of Lancaster and Trinity Noelle Sowers (Tallman) of Brunswick, Missouri; his brothers, Hayden Williams of Kirksville, Jace Miller of Kirksville, Vernon and Ivan Sowers of Brunswick, Missouri; his grandparents, Dennis, Kathy Starrett of Lancaster, Lisa Shepherd of Lancaster, Chuck, Candy Tallman of Lancaster, Craig, Tammy McIntire of Brunswick, Willis, Kandi Harding of LaPlata and Jack Huttenstine of Owensville, Missouri; and his great-grandparents, Dorothy Starrett of Queen City, Paul Anderson of Queen City, Bonnie Sue Kalinka of Dalton, Vena Tallman of Lancaster, Tony, Barb Huttenstine of Queen City and Rose Parmley of Novinger, Missouri. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins and so many great friends.
