She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clinton and Cora Elizabeth Evans (Leedom); her children, Ellis Keith Steen (Sheri), Betty Hartsock (Robert) and Jackie Steen; her stepsons, Evan Johnson, Melvin Johnson and Nevin Johnson; her great grandchild Dakota Lee Davis; and her siblings, Richard "Dick" Evans (Carolyn), James C. Evans and Hazel Whitlow (Louie).
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Debbie Pettit of Moulton, Iowa; her stepsons, Alvin Johnson and Kevin Johnson; and her grandchildren, Jeff Steen, Keith Steen, Crystal Teater, Brian Steen, Robin Swem and Lecia Hartsock. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; other family members and many good friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Norman Funeral Home (402 E Washington St, Lancaster, MO 63548). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
