He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Eldon and Willa Mae Monteer Tunnell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Kinion; his children, Loretta Christine Tunnell and Richard Eldon Tunnell; his grandchildren, Kamyla Vazquez, Konner Vazquez and Karizma Vazquez; his sister Carrie Bell; and his uncles, Larry Monteer and Earl Dean Monteer.
