He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Taylor and Gladys Taylor (Bell); and his siblings, George, Russell, Raymond, Gerald, Kenneth, Ivan Taylor, Betty Taul and Janice Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Taylor (McCoy); his children, George Robert Taylor (Mary) of Chillicothe, Missouri, Timothy Allen Taylor of Chillicothe, Missouri, Dewayne Mac Taylor of Chillicothe, Missouri and Brenda Kay Ishmael (Chris) of Chillicothe, Missouri; and his stepsons, Travis Lee Yungen (Debbie) of Coal Valley, Jeffrey Allen Yungen (Mary) and George Brian Yungen of Coal Valley, Illinois. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
