She was predeceased by: her parents, Eston Smith and Emma Smith (Claassen). She is survived by: her husband Roger E. Campbell; her sons, Philip Campbell (Holly), Lake St, Jason Campbell and Ben Campbell (Lauren); her granddaughters, Addison Campbell, Paige Campbell, Mckenzie Campbell and Reagan Campbell; and her siblings, Marla Smith and Eric Smith (Jeanie).

Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Resthaven Mortuary (310 N Hwy 65, Trenton, MO 64683).
