He is survived by: his wife Patricia Clingan; his children, Malcolm Lynn Clingan of Indepenence, MO, Eugene Lee Clingan (Mary Frances) of Ormond Beach, FL, Dianna Marie Campbell of Lee's Summit, MO and Scott E. Clingan of Raymore, MO; his grandchildren, Danny Clingan (Liz) of Smithville, MO, Elizabeth Moore (Chris), Jeremy Clingan (Kimber) of Spokane, WA, Tiffani Clingan of Liberty, MO, Wyatt Campbell (Ashton) of Lee's Summit, MO and Dalton Campbell of Japan; and his brothers, Buyrl Clingan (Karen) of Joplin, MO and Malcolm Reese Clingan (DeeDee) of Palm Harbor, FL.. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
