He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Vernon May and Hazel Ida (Wieneke) Price; parents-in-law: Frank and Mildred McConnaughey; wife: Helen; children: Laurie Miller (Phillip) and William Price (Jennifer); grandchildren: Makenzie Hill (Corey), Mackaela Pettz (Logan), Alex Rivera (Jason), Zachary Miller (Ellie), and Harrison Price (Esabel); great-grandchildren: Granger, Maeve, Alyssa, Lindsay, Hollis, Sterling, Miles, and Charlotte; siblings: Verna Jean Lash, Sandra Kay Byler (J. D.), and Bobby Price (Cindy); friends: Steve and Marie VanHorn, Kent and Mary Spicer, and Kelsey and Heidi Mick; and aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended family members, and one unborn great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Plattsburg (501 W Broadway St, Plattsburg, MO 64477). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Lathrop Antique Car, Tractor and Engine Association or American Heart Association in care of the funeral home.
